The design proposal attempts in signifying a highly linked & connected institution. The proposed building takes on a sensual formalist form which embodies the spirit of education and learning. At certain areas, the building envelope folds back to expose its internal mass organization: a multi-level atrium at the front area of the building, linking the pedestrians at ground level to the upper level. Perpendicular walkways, connecting the facilities in the school, induce a dynamic spatial quality inductive to creative thinking and interaction, so essential to an academic building.

A dialogue between university and society, building and context; students and industry is established through the building form and its spatial content.
