Kabunohi Resort consists of one main building and several private villas. The main building is designed with reference to a traditional Nias house but with modern amenities to serve as reception, office, lounge, pantry and dining space. An amphitheater to organize traditional cultural and arts performance is featured adjacent to the rear part of the main building. Then a number of private villas with octagonal form are situated around an organic form of a swimming pool. The waterfront deck provides a perfect spot to marvel the stunning waves of Indian Ocean sweeping the bay of Sorake where skillful surfers are riding the waves
