A new satellite town to the south east of Medan, called Sianjur City is designed to become a new epicenter of growth for the metropolitan region of Mebidang. Beside residential zone of premium landed houses and high-end apartment towers, other modern urban amenities such as mall, driving range and water park are planned to attract new residents and investors.
